Order a door sign from a template or design your own. You are always welcome to contact us if you have any queries or comments. Send an e-mail to info@thedoorsign.com. Payment options For customers outside Sweden we offer a secure card payment via our partner Samport, the Nordic region's leading online card payment company: We currently accept VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. When you pay by credit card the transaction is processed by our partner Samport, which guarantees speedy, secure payment. Here's a step by step guide:
Order confirmation When we have received your order, we will immediately send you confirmation by e-mail. We recommend that you save your order confirmation and keep it handy in case you need to contact us. Freight The freight cost is currently $8 per order, regardless of the number of articles on order or if delivery is in several consignments. Delivery time Our goal is to make speedy deliveries. Your product should arrive within 10 working days (but normally faster). Our delivery times may be delayed, however, if our stock of sign materials runs out temporarily. Your product is sent in the post and you will receive it directly in your letter box. If the package is too bulky, you will receive a slip telling you where you can collect it (your local post office). Complaints If your package has been damaged in the post, you should contact your post office without delay. If you have received the wrong product or if it is damaged or otherwise faulty, please notify us immediately. We will naturally reimburse you if we have been at fault. You should notify us of the fault within 7 days. Return products may not be sent cash on delivery. Cancellation/exchange right (right of return) does not apply The cancellation/exchange right does not apply to custom-designed products as we produce them according to your specific requirements. We do not start work on your product until we have received your order. Therefore please remember to check that you order the right size, material, colour and font and that there are no spelling mistakes in the engraved text. We engrave the plates exactly in accordance with your instructions. We comply with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act 2005:59, Section 2, §5. For distance purchases there is no cancellation right if work on your order is in progress and has been approved by you. Your approval is automatically granted when you place your order. The agreement covers specially-designed products which, due to their nature and personalised content cannot be returned. Unsuitable text We reserve the right to refuse to handle any orders with inappropriate or unsuitable text. Please contact us prior to ordering if you suspect that your text may be of "dubious suitability". The customer is always held responsible for any consequences of the ordered text, e.g. unsuitable or copyright-protected text, etc. Reservation regarding the presentation of our door signs The viewable door signs at www.thedoorsign.com are a very good indication of the appearance of your finished product. There can sometimes, however, be a slight divergence in the reproduction of the colour tone. The door signs are shown in their correct colours but their appearance on your screen may depend on the colour settings on your computer. Any differences that arise are negligible, however.
